Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with no signs of use or damage.
Final sale items marked "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for refunds.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email your return request to [email protected] including your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
- Package your items securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship the package to the address we provide
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
